Wow, i jz had so many things to share in this blissful September month. First off, i'm gonna start with my very first trip earlier this month, which is Redang Island. I went there with my college's friends and there were 7 of us. This was during our mid-semester break. Well, at first we planned to go to Perhentian Island but at the very last minute, we changed it to Redang cos friends of mine told us that Perhentian Island is kinda boring, and also from what i had searched through the website, Redang seems to be more famous than Perhentian Island, so we decided to go to Redang instead. To be honest, it took 'us' quite a lot of time for the planning and preparation of the trip because we wanna find a fun and exciting holiday spot and at the same time suits our budget since we're all still students.
Initially, we decided to go there by plane (AirAsia), because if we booked the tix earlier, it will be much cheaper, but since we are international students in malaysia and one of my friend's passport was still at the immigration, we had to wait till she gets her passport back. By then, the price was increased, so we went by coach, which costs us RM 60/person (return).
There are lots of resorts in Redang, from budget hotels to a very nice hotel, such as Laguna. However, we decided to stay in the hotel that suits our budget, which was Redang Pelangi Resort. The rate of the hotel for 3D2N for quadruple room is RM 298/person and the triple room is RM 288/person. In my opinion, the resort is decent, but with no housekeeping provided!!! However, the staffs there are all very helpful and friendly.

Board boat to Redang, check in and refreshments.

Beginners learn to use the snorkeling equipment & depart for snorkeling activities.

Leisure: Beach volleyball, board games, darts, congkak, etc.
7.00 p.m. - 8.30 p.m.
Dinner / BBQ.

Day 2

Getting ready to check out and depart for mainland
Our bus departed from Perhentian Putra on Tuesday night, 10 PM. As for the transport, we took taxi to the terminal. Since we reached the terminal quite early, and there's a mall nearby (for some reasons, i forgot wat the mall called xD), we decided to grab some food, cos i havent eaten yet, LOL..and we decided to dine in McD.

The bus took around 6 hours or so to reach Merang Jetty. We arrived at 6 am in the morning and we were asked to go to the redang pelangi office to put our belongings and rest there. Sigh, we were all damn hungry that time, luckily there's a 711 store nearby and we went to grab some food :)
After a few hours passed, the bus finally came, and picked all of us up and head to board boat to Redang. On the way there, there are quite a few things that caught my eyes, such as the Kuala Terengganu Public Library, which is very HUGE and a very beautiful Mosque that is surrounded by water. It is juz so amazing!!!

Then we realised we were heading to airport first to fetch other people to board on the same boat. The airport is very nice and clean. Widodo, Ito, Vania n I wanna go to washroom, at the same time we decided not to miss this opportunity to take pictures at the airport LOL

After about 30 mins, we reached the harbor and then we waited for like 15 mins and was asked to board to the boat. The boat is kinda small and is not wat expected it to be, well or is it jz me cos i always hav a high expectation on everything sigh.. and the ride is kinda bumpy. However, it didn't stop us from having fun and it was kinda exciting on the boat and we kept taking pictures and laugh and having a great time on the boat, and i think we're the noisiest group on board HaHa..!
Afer about an hour ride on the boat, finally we reached Redang Island!!! It's so beautiful and the water is so clear and the sand is so clean and...white!!! It is like a PARADISE!!! and I'm not exaggerating it at all.
By then, we're welcomed by the staff there and did a bit of briefing about the location of the resort and whatnot..
After that, we straightly checked in, changed clothes and getting ready for lunch.
Since our first snorkelling trip is at 2.30 PM, we decided to rest a bit in our room which by then we decided to play sand and Ha..! we decided to bury Fenny!!! xD

We all ran and jumped to the water and holy ****, it tastes like SALT. Geez the water is jz so SALTY and DAMN, even my eyes were soaring like crazy. xD
We took quite a lot of pictures and Widodo was the photographer. To be honest, i'm so amazed by him, because he took such a great pictures and at the same time the sun was great, and everything was great. These are the two amazing photos that i love the most which were taken by him.
